Susan Marie Bettin, 49, of Dodge Center, Minn. died on Oct. 5, 2008, at Fairview Care Center in Dodge Center. 
Susan Marie Dunn was born Aug. 31, 1959, in Plainview, Minn. the daughter of Walter and Lorenteen (Fick) Dunn and attended school in Plainview. Susan married James Bettin on July 24, 1975, at the Lutheran Church in Plainview. The couple resided in Plainview for one and a half years, and moved to Kasson, Minn. and later to Dodge Center. Susan was a homemaker and enjoyed dancing, camping and boating.
Susan is survived by her husband, James Bettin, Dodge Center, Minn.; two brothers, Dennis (Margaret) Dunn, Austin, Jim Dunn, Rochester, Minn.; four sisters, Virginia (Keith) McDonald, Brownsdale, Minn., Alice (Harry) Molengraaf, White, S.D., Pat Sherry and Lorraine (Herb) Andren, both of Henriette, Minn. 
She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.
Visitation will be from 12 - 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 10, 2008, at the Czaplewski Family Funeral Home in Dodge Center.
The memorial service for Susan Marie Bettin will be 1 p.m. Friday, Oct. 10, 2008, at the Czaplewski Family Funeral Home in Dodge Center.
