Viking volleyball team beats Byron

The Hayfield volleyball team (6-3 overall, 3-1 HVL) beat Byron (6-7 overall) 25-19, 25-22, 28-26 Thursday.
Kiley Severson had 16 kills and nine digs for Hayfield, Jordyn Krekling had seven kills and 14 digs, Genessa Heide had four aces, two blocks and two kills, Molly Streightiff had 18 assists, six digs, and four kills, and Liz Ristau had five kills.
