The law states, according to the (1986) Immigration Control act. Section 274 felonies under the federal Immigration and Nationality Act, INA 274A(a)(1)(A): they broke Federal law. It states, "..a person (including a group of persons, business, organization, or local government) THE AMERICAN PEOPLE must observe all the laws written and the majority do? It's absolutely ludicrous that anybody can violate this nations sovereignty and expect no consequences? So many newspapers promote their political leanings and biased reporting, by calling these people migrants. They are not migrants in most cases they are and will always will be to 80 percent of Americans, ILLEGAL ALIENS! If they get hurt at work, the employer will not pay for the hospital visit. YOU! The US taxpayer will.

They are stealing jobs, by collusion of certain members of our own federal, state and local government. They are undercutting wages of both citizens and legal residents. They deserve nothing more but deportation. Those who pander to them should also be heavily fined and spend time in prison. We need to enact the Federal SAVE ACT (H.R.4088) and stop once-and-all this travesty by our government. So how do you tell who is illegal and who is legal? It seems to me that the assumption is that Hispanic=illegal. That is called racial profiling. Judging based on racial profiling sounds like the old "lynch mob" mentality. I have not heard one informed person come forward with a sensible, workable solution, just a whole lot of hatred and inuendo.

This is not a racial issue...those who try to make this a racial issue are the people who promote undercutting legal citizens the right to decent waged jobs. This is an issue of national security and illegal activity by corporations that have been able to sneak by the law with money and favors to politicians who will sell out their countrymen and their country, and unfortunately think nothing of it. There is a proper way to enter this country, and it is not by sneaking in by way of the back of a pack filled truck where people cannot breath when the air is hot!

The corporations who encourage this are treating these illegals as subhuman beings, and they should be the ones hanging their heads in shame for promoting this activity!

You need to seek out Taco, who is hispanic and is a legal citizen of this country. Check out pass coalition sights and you will see what he has written. This is NOT a race issue. Anyone who uses it as a race issue is a manipulating person who is making good on the situation!

I would also like to add...a workable situation would be for those who are here illegally go back and come in the right way.

I do not mind if someone immigrates here, I have a sister-in-law who is an immigrant (she entered you know, the right way!) She speaks with an accent, but she sure learned English right away and didn't expect the rest of us to learn her native tongue to make her life easier!

One more thing...the corporation can pay 90% of the jail bill, being as that is what the crime rate has increased by since the corporation promoted this activity.

Also, whatever ICE can come up with for fines! Is that intellegent enough for you?

You go dudes! I wish I were with you. I just can't get away this week. This is AWESOME. I had the NUMBERSUSA sign in my front yard a few years ago. Big hassle with the city, threatened me with huge fines and jail. I wanted to fight but...well, they got the lawyers, guns, and money you know. Not sure I'd give in this time. I agree with Mr. D! How do you know who is illegal and who isn't? And if you say this isn't a racial issue you are just being ignorant! This whole issue started with illegal Mexicans coming into "our" country! Right? This issue wasn't brought up about the illegal Germans or the illegal Canadians in "our" country! So IT IS A RACIAL ISSUE!!!! And IT IS RACIAL PROFILING! I don't have a problem with saying illegal is illegal but how do you determine who is here illegaly and who isn't? Are you going to ask every person white, black, brown, and whatever to prove their residency or just the brown people? Because all I have personally seen is the Hispanic people being asked to prove who the are and where they are from! So I think if you want to fix the problem of illegal immigration you need to fix they way it is being done because it is not just Mexicans that are in this country illegally! GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT!!! I am all for fixing the immigration issue but at least be fair about it.

You are absolutely correct ggarcia as far as checking everyone who enters this country!...only it would take a heck of a lot longer to go through the hispanic population because of how many there are...you can't argue with me on that! By saying that, I am not being racial, I am stating the facts. You need to read what TACO wrote in other blogs regarding the coalition and illegal aliens. He is a hispanic and does not take offense at the fact that there ARE SEVERAL HISPANIC MEXICANS in this country illegally, and that people are calling it just what it is...illegal activity, including him!

Were it Afrcia south of the border and the border were being breeched it would be the Africans that we would not appreciate coming in and stealing identities, hit and runs, running into school busses and killing 4 children, trying to change the language of our country, taking our social services that many of us have worked decades for etc......

Illegal Germans and Canadians aren't beating down the doors to enter this country, Mexicans ARE and unfortunately, for the hispanics who are legal citizens of this country now find themselves in the position of having to deal with the fact that they are the same color as those who are here illegally. Should you truly be here legally and be of hispanic decent I would think you would be more than happy to prove your true citizenship, and clear away any doubt! If you happen to be a legal citizen and have ties with an illegal alien, then help the illegal go through the proper process of entering this country legally! I guess if I were in that position that is how I would feel, at least I guess if anyone actually cared if I were a legal citizen and actually wanted the truth! So far, I guess no one actually wants the truth! So what the heck am I wasting my time on this for!

It's not a waste of time to want things to be fair and legal...

There is a proper way to enter...for a group to think they are above the law of this land is a slap in the face to those of us who have tried to build a safe society for our children and grandchildren to grow up in. I really don't think we are expecting to much for people rich, middle income, poor, brown, black, white, green or purple to respect the laws of our land!!!

Why is it folks always claim racism for things they really cant wrap thier brains around?

There are an estimated 11MILLION ILLEGAL people in OUR country.Now imagine(pick any country of your choice)11MILLION americans go to this country,they have false documentation a portion of them dont pay taxes,then when that country starts to crack down on that ILLEGAL activity,the law breakers protest about thier rights while waving the RED WHITE and BLUE.

I,d say america has been more than ignorant about this sittuation for too long.Now once the people of america have had enough and start to publicly express thier views,were racist.Give the soapbox a break.

Everyone has a SS#.The local govement says they cant do anything about the ILLEGAL problem cause its a federal issue.(the state of California has legalized the use of marijuana for medical reasons yet the federal law mandates its still ILLEGAL and arrests,prosicutes and sentences these people.Its mainly the grows and sellers but never the less its the point)
SO get the state to pass its own law on the ILLEGAL issue,check and verify a persons residents to the US using thier SS# and if they are ILLEGAL send them to the nearest state closest to mexico,if all goes well with MY RACIST IDEA that next state will play suit(its a card term,keep up) the ILLEGALS will be piggybacked back from hence they came.
