1 injured in I-90 crash

Law enforcement and rescue personal carry Gloria Branden, of Albert Lea, to a waiting Gold Cross Ambulance Tuesday evening as smoke continues to rise from her burned out Pontiac Bonneville. The one-vehicle roll over occurred just west of the Highway 56 exit in the westbound lane of Interestate 90. According to Minnesota State Patrol reports, Branden went off the road, over-corrected her vehicle, rolled and caught fire. Along with Austin Police, Mower County deputies and state patrol, Austin and Brownsdale Fire Departments were both dispatched for the car and grass fire started by the car burning. Branden was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
One woman was injured in an accident on Interstate 90 Tuesday.
