Deer Creek to run on Sunday night

With approval form WISSOTA and USRA Deer Creek Speedway has added a Sunday night race to their schedule for the 2008 season.

The race is to be held on Sunday August 24th with a 5:00 start time.

On hand during the racing activities will be the USRA Modifieds, WISSOTA Super Stocks, Midwest Modified, Street Stocks and just added the WISSOTA Late Models!

Due to popular demand, the Deer Creek Speedway announced that the WISSOTA Late Models will be added to the Sunday, August 24th program. A BIG thank you to Altenburg Construction (Andy Altenburg of Truman, MN), Prochnow Farms (Ron Prochnow and family from Menomonie, WI), Rod's Painting and Sandblasting (Rod Hensel and family of Barron, WI) and Land Resource Management (Queensland family of Grand Meadow) for making this happen.

All classes will be racing for their normal purse. Standard ticket, and pit pass prices will apply.

This event will not be part of the Driver’s Free month program at the speedway.
