Parts Sales Associate

Spring Valley, MN – Austin, MN – Le Roy, MN

The Parts Sales Associate is responsible for selling, receiving, and delivery of parts and accessories. Performs in-store and on-site customer service, overall organizational promotion, and stocking duties. Promotes and sells products and/or services to meet customer needs; supplies technicians with parts as required; assists with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays; assists in keeping parts department clean and orderly.

Main Requirements

✓ Basic data entry/keyboarding skills

✓ Basic parts and machinery knowledge preferred

✓ Ability to use John Deere Parts Catalog computer application

✓ Ability to work in a team environment

✓ Ability to lift 50 – 60 pounds on a frequent basis

✓ Candidate must be able to stand for long periods of time

✓ Ability to bend, stoop, twist and reach on a frequent basis

✓ Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean MVR record

✓ Basic customer service and phone skills

✓ High School diploma or equivalent experience
