Cholak’s back-to-back goals lead Bruins past Blizzard

The Austin Bruins bounced back to beat the Brookings Blizzard (13-12-1-1 overall) 5-2 and earn a weekend split in Riverside Arena Saturday.
The Bruins (14-7-1-3 overall) took a 4-1 lead when Evan Cholak scored a pair of goals in a 35-second stretch in the second period. Cholak now has 12 goals on the season.
Travis Kothenbeutel had four assists and Alex Schilling had 20 saves for Austin.
