Robert Daniel Keske, 63, passed away on Nov. 5, 2017, at his home in Austin, Minnesota.

Robert was born on Sept. 22, 1954, the son of Wilbert and Veronica (Ehrich) Keske in Rochester, Minnesota. Robert graduated from Dodge Center High School in 1973. He worked for area farmers, Hormel in Austin, and for tiling companies in the area. He was united in marriage to Mary Maas on March 9, 1991. Mary died on June 25, 2015. Robert was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Havana  Township, rural Claremont, Minnesota.

Robert is survived by his stepdaughter, Kristen Maas, Austin; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; one brother, Mark (Joyce) Keske, Papillion, Nebraska; and two sisters, Louise Houghton, Faulkton, South Dakota; and Grace Becker, Denver, Colorado. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife.

The memorial service will be 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 9, 2017, at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Havana Township, rural Claremont, with the Rev. Alan Broadwell officiating. Visitation will be one hour before the service at the church on Thursday.
