Vivian (Krebsbach) Hall, 97, of Austin, Minnesota, died Thursday, Sept. 7, 2017, at Sacred Heart Care Center. Vivian was born Oct. 5, 1919, in Adams, Minnesota, to Alois and Sadie (Haralson) Krebsbach. She attended Sacred Heart Catholic School and Adams High School. Vivian worked in several cafes and at the George A. Hormel Company. On Sept. 18, 1944, she was united in marriage to Arnold Hall at St. Augustine Catholic Church. They moved to the east side of the community and attended Queen of Angels Catholic Church.

Vivian belonged to A.A.W. and Regina Coeli Unit. She was a homemaker and made many quilts, afghans, and fancy works.

Survivors include five children, Terrance (Mary) Hall, San Juan, California, William Hall, Austin, Jean (Larry) Kolpek, Mason, City, Iowa, Susan (William) Herr, Austin, and Kathy (Jerry) Dahlback, West Salem, Wisconsin; several grandchildren; great-grandchildren; and great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Angela Hall, Austin; and two sisters-in-law, Bev and Dody. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Arnold; nine brothers, John, Robert, James, Wilfred, Gerald, Donald, Carl, Lawrence, Richard; two sisters, Kathryn Johnson and Mary Luanne Houle; and three sisters-in-law, Gretchen, LaVerne and Dorothy.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 12, 2017, at Queen of Angels Catholic Church with Father Dale Tupper officiating. Friends may call one hour before the service at the church on Tuesday. Interment will be in Calvary Cemetery. Memorials are preferred to Queen of Angels Catholic Church or Sacred Heart Care Center.
