The victim said he came home and saw the light on in the garage. He then allegedly saw Ingersoll in the garage loading items into a backpack near his freezer.

Ingersoll allegedly grabbed a knife and approached the victim, who closed the garage door, trapping Ingersoll inside.

Officers arrested Ingersoll at Taser point. They noted several packages of meat lying on the floor and a makeshift table with several knives.

According to Krueger, Ingersoll did not wish to speak to police.

Ingersoll was arrested in January for allegedly robbing the Austin Daily Herald, and he was charged with third-degree burglary in that incident.
