The Austin Blue Sox ran into a rough patch as they fell to Elko (10-5 Section 1B) by a score of 13-1 in eight innings in Marcusen Park Tuesday.

Austin (2-9 Section 1B) was within 5-1 after six innings, but the Express broke things open with three runs in the seventh and they added a grand slam in the eighth to enact the 10-run rule.
