—Christina Alejo, 38, of Minneapolis was sentenced to a stayed jail term of one year for gross misdemeanor theft. She must serve one year of probation, follow one condition and pay $985 in fines. She received credit for four days served.

—Derric Joseph Alm-Morgan, 23, of Albert Lea was sentenced to one year and six months in prison for felony second-degree burglary.

—Joel Kenneth Bearfield, 31, of Owatonna was sentenced to a stayed prison term of one year and one day for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must spend 69 days in jail, serve five years of probation, follow several conditions, perform 80 hours of community service and pay $85 in fines. He received credit for 69 days served.

—Tanner Kanzi Beddow, 24, of Albert Lea was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor financial transaction card fraud. He must follow two conditions and pay $85 in fines.

—Joseph Henry Mallan, 33, of Faribault was sentenced to a stayed prison term of one year and five months for felony fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle. He must serve three years and one day of probation, follow several conditions and pay $985 in fines.

—Matthew Allen Smith, 25, of Faribault was sentenced to five years of probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines.

—Ted Robert Stewart, 52, of Lansing was sentenced to a stayed jail term of 180 days for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation of his license-inimical to public safety. He must serve two years of probation, follow several conditions and pay $585 in fines.

—Joshua Haven Streiff, 37, of Austin was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation of his license-inimical to public safety. He must follow several conditions and pay $300 in fines.

—Mal Pauliet Tharjiath, 25, of Bayport was sentenced to one year in jail for gross misdemeanor third-degree damage to property. He must pay $1157.95 in fines. He received credit for 119 days served.

—Emma Lee Winsor, 32, of Albert Lea was sentenced to one year of probation for gross misdemeanor check forgery-offer/possess with intent to defraud. She must follow two conditions and pay $385 in fines.
