Kristina Anne Baker, 43, of Austin received an amended sentence of 15 days in jail for felony fifth-degree drug possession. She must serve five years probation, follow several conditions and perform 40 hours of community service

Nena Marie Hardy, 19, of North Mankato received an amended sentence of five years probation for fifth-degree felony drug possession. She must follow several conditions and perform 40 hours of community service.

Matthew Allen Smith, 25, of Faribault was sentenced to five years probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession. He must follow several conditions and pay $85 in fines.

Bradley Arnold Quimby, 48, of Winona was sentenced to a stayed prison term of eight years and nine months for second-degree drug possession of six grams or more of cocaine, heroin, or methamphetamine. He must serve one year in jail, 25 years probation, follow several conditions, perform 500 hours of community service and pay $85 in fines. He received credit for 300 days served.

Sonkeo Joe Dejvongsa, 49, of Clarks Grove was sentenced to six months probation for gross misdemeanor issuing of dishonored checks. He must follow one condition and pay $85 in fines.

Nyamuoch Peter Chuony, 25, of Austin was sentenced to a stayed jail term of 180 days for gross misdemeanor DWI. He must serve one year of probation, follow several conditions, perform 45 hours of community service and pay $560 in fines. He received credit for nine days served.

Jesse Allen Wise, 42, of Ramsey was sentenced to five years probation for felony fifth-degree drug possession of not a small amount of marijuana. He received a concurrent sentence of a one year stayed jail term for gross misdemeanor giving a false name and date of birth to a peace officer. He must follow several conditions, perform 40 hours of community service and pay $85 in fines. He received credit for 82 days served.

Jeremy Epperson, 35, of Anoka received amended sentences of one stayed year in jail for gross misdemeanor domestic assault and for gross misdemeanor domestic abuse restraining order violation. He must serve 60 days in jail, two years probation, follow several conditions, perform 80 hours of community service and pay $85 in fines.
