The Blooming Prairie boys golf team won a four-team Gopher Conference Invite in Blue Earth Tuesday.

The Awesome Blossoms finished with a team score of 165 and Maple River was second with a 175.

Tommy Braaten took second place over with a 38 for BP and Jon Hatch shot a 41.

“Tommy played a very steady round with the exception of one hole,” BP co-head coach Cory Hendrickson said. “He does such a great job of keeping his composure and just moving on to the next shot. We have a very balanced team and that really showed today.”
