The Austin boys tennis team picked up its first win of the season when it beat Faribault 5-2 on the road Tuesday.

The Packers (1-5 overall, 1-5 Big Nine) swept all three of the doubles matches and Jens Ourada and Joe Knorr won their singles matches.

“It was great to see the guys play well today and be able to bring home a win,” Austin head coach Jeff Anderson said. “A lot of guys had their first varsity win today.”
