A 33-year-old woman was arrested after allegedly leaving hospital discharge papers with her name and address in a stolen car.

A 2011 Chrysler Town and Country Sport was stolen Sunday from the parking lot of Mayo Clinic Health System in Austin and was later recovered Monday.

The owner then found a bag of the suspect’s belongings in the van, which he brought to police.

Police found hospital dispatch papers included in those items, according to Austin Police Chief Brian Krueger. The papers included the suspect’s name and address, which lead police to the 900 block of Second Avenue Northeast.

Police arrested the 33-year-old woman, who was also spotted on a hospital surveillance camera. She is in custody in Mower County Jail. Formal charges are pending.
