A burglary victim found a muddy footprint on his or her broken garage-door last Friday.

Officers responded to the 900 block of First Avenue Northwest Nov. 6 to a report of a burglary, according to Police Chief Brian Krueger. The victim said sometime between Oct. 31 and Nov. 6, an unknown person kicked in the garage door, breaking the locks, and took a red and black Tool Shop compound miter saw valued at $150.

There are no suspects at this time.
