ST. CLOUD — A Greek Orthodox church near St. Cloud State University has fallen victim to frequent acts of vandalism.

Neighbors reported the most recent incident at Holy Myrrh-bearers Orthodox Church in St. Cloud at about 5 a.m. Friday. The Rev. Nathan Kroll estimates the vandals caused $500 in damages, including a smashed glass door and a kicked-in ground-level window.

Kroll said in an email Friday afternoon to church members and community leaders that vandalism to the church building and grounds has become so frequent that he’s lost track of the number of incidents.
