On the next episode of KSMQ Public Television’s “On Q,” host Eric Olson will visit with Sumner Elementary Principal Sheila Berger and Bruce Ramsdell from Winona State University to learn more about the joint effort with Riverland Community College to increase teacher diversity.

Olson will also talk with Damien Lundino-Green from Gerard Academy about how students are referred to the local program.

And, Laura Helle talks about Gig Austin.  “On Q” airs at 8 p.m. on Friday.
