The Lyle-Pacelli volleyball team edged out Houston in five games on the road Thursday.

The Athletics (1-0 overall, 1-0 SEC) took the final game 15-9 after they dropped the fourth game 25-18.

Sarah Holtz had 12 kills for LP and Courtney Walter had 42 set assists.
