The win will probably leave the Hounds with the No. 5 seed and a trip to Burnsville on Tuesday when playoffs get underway.

The Hounds jumped on the Bobcats in the bottom half of the third inning after Burnsville took a 1-0 lead in the top half of the inning. They scored four runs in the barrage that was highlighted by a two-run home run by Jordan Hart.

Nels Nelson hit a solo home run in the fifth inning that gave Austin a 6-2 lead. After Burnsville was able to take back one of those runs in the sixth, Austin was able to hold the Bobcats at bay in the eight inning after they pulled to within in one with two more runs.

Joe Huffman took the win, pitching a complete game to get the win, despite giving up 10 hits and recording six strikeouts.
