Nik Gasner, pitcher, Austin

The senior had an ERA of 2.94 as he allowed 41 hits, 22 walks and struck out 30. Gasner went 4-0 in his last four mound starts of the year, which included two postseason games, and he allowed just three earned runs in that 27-inning stretch. Gasner hit .300 at the plate with 3 homers, 2 doubles and 18 RBIs.

The junior hit .464 to go along with 4 doubles, 3 triples and 9 RBIs. Gasner was also a defensive standout as he threw out plenty or runners on steal attempts and allowed very few wild pitches or passes balls.

John Rumpza, first base, BP

The senior hit .377 with 2 doubles, 1 triple and 10 RBIs for BP.

Nate Conner, second base, Austin

The junior, who mostly played shortstop for the Packers, hit .441 with 4 doubles, 1 triple and 15 RBIs.

Daniel Bollingberg, shortstop, Lyle-Pacelli

The junior hit .556 with 13 doubles, 4 triples and 15 RBIs. Bollingberg also had 28 stolen bases and drew 14 walks. As a pitcher, he was 6-1 with an ERA of 1.02 to go with 55 strikeouts and just six walks.

Alex Ciola, third base, Austin

The junior hit .333 with 2 doubles and 11 RBIs.

Jordan Hart, outfield, Lyle-Pacelli

The senior hit .500 with 7 HR, 7 doubles and 4 triples and 40 RBIs. Hart, a Minnesota State University-Mankato commit, drew 18 walks and had 19 stolen bases. Hart set a new Minnesota state high school record with 15 career triples, he has the fourth most RBIs (128) in state history and he has the fifth best career batting average (.492) in state history. On the mound, Hart went 4-3 with an ERA of 2.08 and 54 strikeouts.

Cam Rutledge, outfield, Hayfield

The senior spent most of his time at pitcher and shortstop for the Vikings. On the mound, Rutledge was 7-2 with one save and an ERA of 1.43. He allowed 42 hits, 23 walks and struck out 61 in 58.2 innings. At the plate, Rutledge hit .282 with 3 doubles and 11 RBIs. Rutledge was 21-for-24 on steals.

Andrew Becker, outfield, Hayfield

The senior hit .315 with an on-base percentage of .438 and he had 2 doubles and 7 RBIs.

HONORABLE MENTION

Adam Fjerstad, pitcher, Hayfield

The sophomore went 6-1 with one save and he maintained an ERA of 1.72. Fjerstad pitched 53 innings and struck out 43, while allowing 40 hits and 17 walks.

Adam Younge, infield, Hayfield

The junior hit .324 with 3 doubles and 16 RBIs.

Aaron Younge, outfield, Hayfield

The junior hit .288 with 2 doubles and 7 RBIs.

Lee Bauer, catcher, Lyle-Pacelli

The junior hit .413 with 7 doubles, 1 triple and 25 RBIs.

Braden Kocer, first base, Lyle-Pacelli

The junior hit .313 with 2 doubles and 16 RBIs.

Riley Olson, second base, BP

The junior hit .397 with 1 homer, 6 doubles, 11 runs and 10 RBIs.

Scott Romeo, catcher, BP

The senior hit .375 with 9 doubles, 8 runs and 9 RBIs.

Sam Swenson, shortstop, BP

The senior was a defensive standout for the Blossoms at shortstop and he hit .313 with 1 double, 20 runs and 4 RBIs. As a pitcher, he was 3-3 with a 4.16 ERA and he struck out 29.

Chris Webber, pitcher, Southland

The sophomore hit .333 with an on-base percentage of .391 to go with his 3 doubles and 6 RBIs. On the mound, Webber was 1-4 with an ERA of 2.85. He struck out 20, allowed 39 hits and had 11 walks.

James Landherr, pitcher, Southland

The junior was 3-2 with an ERA of 1.75. He allowed 26 hits, 10 walks and struck out 24. As a batter, Landherr hit 297 with 3 doubles and 6 RBIs.
