Two new members will join the Joseph Company in the construction business.

The Joseph Company, in its 50th year of the construction industry in southern Minnesota and northern Iowa, hired Dolan Wagner and Wayne Swenson.

Wagner will work in Joseph’s accounting department and support the company’s efforts in contract acquisition. Wagner graduated from Iowa State University in December 2011 and is a certified public accountant, working for two public accounting firms over the past four years. Wagner and his wife, Kait, who is a registered nurse at St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester, recently moved to Austin to begin their new responsibilities.

Swenson will apply his experience of more than 30 years in the construction industry as superintendent for Joseph. Swenson has successfully supervised multi-million dollar projects in his career, including the Rochester Athletic Club, UCR Regional Sports Center, Hilton Hotel in Rochester, Freeborn County Justice Center and Packer Arena in Austin.
