There will be multiple sports camps for Austin High School athletes to attend this summer.

Packer Power Sports Camp

The Packer Power Sports camp is for any boy or girl athlete, entering grades 5-12, who wants to be faster, quicker, stronger and increase explosive jumping ability.

It is held in the AHS weight room in the basement of the Annex and it will run with two hour sessions from June 8 to July 29.

Girls Volleyball Camp

A volleyball camp will be held for players in grades 3-12 from July 20-22 at Packer Gym.

The camp is led by Packer head volleyball coach Cindy Owen and assistant coach Megan Hamilton.

Tennis Camp

A tennis camp will be held for players in grades 5-12 from July 6-17 at Paulson Tennis Courts.

The camp is led by Austin head girls tennis coach Levon Larson and former Austin head boys tennis coach Troy Diekman.

7-on-7 passing league

A 7-on-7 passing football league will be held Sunday evenings at Wescott Field on the nights of June 14, 21, 28 and July 12 and 26.

The camp will run from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Packer Middle School Football Camp

A middle school football camp for boys entering grades 5-8 will be held at Wescott Field July 27-29.

The camp will run from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Packer Frosh Football Team Camp

A football camp for Austin boys entering ninth grade will take place June 8-11 at Wescott Field.

The camp will run from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Austin Girls Hockey Team Camp

The Austin girls hockey team will be holding a camp June 8-June 29 at Albert Lea for girls entering grades 7-12.

There will be 10 days of ice team for one hour each.

Austin Girls Basketball Camp

The Packer girls basketball camp for girls in grades K-8 will be held June 22-26 at AHS.

The camp will have sessions of one hour and a half.

Austin Boys Basketball Camp

The Packer boys basketball camp will be held June 15-19 at Packer Gym.

The camp will run from noon to 2:30 p.m.
