The Riverland Community College baseball team extended its school record winning streak to 22 games when it won all four of its games over the weekend.

The Blue Devils swept Central Lakes by scores of 2-1 and 10-0 on the road Saturday and they swept No. 8 ranked St. Cloud Tech. by scores of 4-0 and 6-5 on the road Sunday.

“It’s a pretty amazing so far to say the least. They’re not only great baseball players, but they’re good guys,” RCC head coach Scott Koenigs said. “The top of our order as a whole is hitting the ball well and that’s where a lot of our RBIs are coming from.”
