“All of us at Mayer Funeral Home are very aware how difficult it can be without a loved one during the holiday season,” Funeral Director Eric Weerts said in a press release. “We wanted to provide a time for families to come in and be part of a service that included music by Shirley Cahill, uplifting messages by Father Dale Tupper and Rev. Paul Lutter and, of course, enjoy holiday treats and refreshments.”

Funeral Director Kathy Dufault added, “Each family was presented with a glass angel bearing their loved one’s name. They were all very appreciative that we hadn’t forgotten about them, especially during the holidays.”
