The Holiday Season can be a joy-filled time. But for those who have suffered a great loss, especially the death of a loved one, the holidays can be difficult.

But the holidays do not necessarily have to be entirely sad. Join us as we discuss ways to cope with your grief and give new meaning to the holiday season.

Mary Kittelson, Worlein Funeral Home’s community services director, will introduce and play the video “Embracing Grief” at 1 p.m. on Tuesday. Mary lined up the six families who shared their stories n the video, which won a national Telly Award. Please stop by or call the Senior Center at 507-433-2370 to let us know you will be attending.
