A 35-year-old Austin man was robbed while walking home from the bar Sunday night.

Police Chief Brian Krueger said three suspects allegedly struck the victim from behind, knocked him to the ground, and stole his iPhone and wallet about two or three blocks south of Bobee Jo’s Bar on 10th Street Northeast about 10 p.m. Sunday. The victim declined medical treatment and said he only had his ID and a debit card in the wallet.

The victim didn’t get a good look at the suspects but heard three voices talking, according to Krueger. There are no suspects at this time but the case is under investigation.
