No one was hurt in a combine fire southwest of Austin Saturday afternoon.

Mower County Sheriff Terese Amazi said the fire took place near County Road 28 and 31st Street Southwest shortly after 2 p.m. Saturday. Firefighters got the flames under control, but Amazi said the combine appears to have significant damage.

Amazi believes this is the first combine fire in 2014.
