Members of Austin High School’s National Honor Society, Youth Leadership and REACH program will be trick-or-treating for food items for the local food shelf and weekend backpack program on Halloween.

Items that can be used in the weekend backpack program include individual servings of applesauce, canned fruit, easy to prepare meals such as Hormel Compleats, peanut butter or cereal. All additional donations will be delivered to the Salvation Army Food Shelf.

Community donations are greatly appreciated.
