An 86-year-old Austin woman was taken to Mayo Clinic Health System in Austin after a two-car accident Sunday morning.

Police Chief Brian Krueger said the accident took place about 9:45 a.m. at the intersection of 12th Street and Fourth Avenue Southwest. The other driver, a 30-year-old woman, was reportedly unhurt. No citations were issued after the accident.
