Brownsdale teen hurt in crash near BP

BLOOMING PRAIRIE — A Mower County teenager suffered non-life-threatening injuries when the car he was driving rolled Sunday evening in Steele County.

Dylan Arndt, 16, of Brownsdale was traveling eastbound on Highway 30 near Blooming Prairie when, according to a Minnesota State Patrol report, he lost control of his vehicle. The vehicle, a 2004 Mitsubishi Eclipse, rolled into a ditch before coming to rest back on the roadway, the report says.

Arndt was transported to St. Marys Hospital in Rochester.

The car was totaled, according to the report.

The Blooming Prairie Ambulance assisted on the scene.
