The Hayfield baseball team wrapped up its regular season with an 8-5 win at Zumbrota-Mazeppa Tuesday.

The Vikings (11-6 overall) racked up 14 hits in the win.

“It was nice to get a game in tonight and we hit the ball all over the field,” Hayfield head coach Kasey Krekling said.

No. 3 seeded Hayfield will host No. 6 seeded Lyle-Pacelli in its Section 1A tournament opener Thursday at 5 p.m.
