I am writing to show my support of Children’s Therapeutic Services and Supports (CTSS). I have been working with children in a variety of capacities on mental health issues over the past few years and have seen how this Minnesota Rule has benefited the children I have worked with and their families. I believe CTSS provides thorough guidelines for service providers to assure that the children are receiving the support that they need. This is a great investment into the future of our children.
