Howard Martin Borchardt, 85, of Austin, died Monday, Feb. 24, 2014, at St. Mark’s Lutheran Home.

Service: A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 5, 2014, at St. Olaf Lutheran Church in Austin with Todd Portinga, A.I.M. officiating.

Visitation: The Borchardt Family will greet friends from 5 to 8 p.m. on Friday, April 4, at Worlein Funeral Home in Austin, and one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday.

Interment: Interment will be in Grandview Cemetery, Austin, with military honors by American Legion Post 91.
