St. John’s Lutheran Church in Austin will host a two-day marriage conference over the Valentine’s Day weekend.

The conference, from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 14 and 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Feb. 15, will include a video, discussions, individual and couples’ work sessions. It’s the first time the church has hosted the conference; Troy Miller, director of Christian education, said the event is open to anyone in the region. It is a non-denominational course, offered through an organization called Family Life.

Preregistration is encouraged, as each person will need a manual. Preregistration price is $40 through Feb. 2, and $50 afterward.
