The Southland girls basketball team lost 72-57 at Chatfield (12-0 overall, 9-0 Three Rivers) Friday.

McKenzie Kirtz had 19 points for the Rebels (8-6 overall, 7-4 Three Rivers), who had lost to Chatfield 76-45 Dec. 3.

“They’re a good team and we’ve made strides since the first time we played them,” Southland head coach Bob Sheehan said.
