Grand Meadow boys take down Houston

The Grand Meadow boys basketball team played a solid second half as it topped Houston (3-4 overall, 3-7 SEC) 62-53 in GM Monday.

Trenton Bleifus poured in 23 points for the Superlarks (3-6 overall, 2-3 SEC) and Landon Jacobson added 18 points.

“It was a good win,” GM head coach Bob Burmester said. “We’d been struggling a little with a tough schedule and few practices lately. Tonight we forced turnovers and executed on the other end.”
