Hunting event raises $2.5K for Institute

Members of the Mower County and Tri-County Pheasants Forever chapters present a $2,500 donation Friday from their first “Hunting for a Cure” event to The Hormel Institute’s Executive Director Dr. Zigang Dong. The Oct. 5 event at Three Arrows Hunting Preserve near LeRoy raised awareness and support for The Hormel Institute’s world-renowned breast cancer research.
