An Austin resident returned to a burglarized home over the weekend, according to police.

Someone reportedly broke into the home in the 1300 block of Eighth Street Northeast between Friday night and Saturday morning after removing an air conditioning unit from a window.

The alleged thief or thieves rummaged through the home and took an AT&T smartphone, bracelets, a brown briefcase, undetermined amount of cash and a pair of Air Jordan shoes.

Police have no suspects at this time.
