David Ray Neuvirth “River Song,” 46, passed away Sept. 30, 2013, at the Providence Hood River Hospital.

David was born May 2, 1967. Memorial services are planned for 1 p.m., Monday, Oct. 7, 2013, at Anderson’s Tribute Center, 1401 Belmont Avenue, Hood River, Oregon 97031.
