The county board approved a plan to lease part of the Austin Daily Herald parking lot.

The county will lease roughly 30 stalls for 20 years to have more parking for when Health and Human Services moves downtown to the Government Center next month. The county will be responsible for snow removal, and the county will maintain the parking lot, likely repairing it next year.
