Corrections literacy instructor to lead Austin church service

Randy Hardy will be the guest speaker at the Austin Church of Christ, Sunday, Oct. 13

He will teach the adult Sunday school class at 9 a.m. and preach at the worship service at 10 a.m.

Randy is the son of Bill and Darlene Hardy of Austin. He is a 1971 graduate of Austin High School. He later graduated from Crossroads College in Rochester, and earned a master’s degrees from Bethel University and Minnesota State University. He was the minister at the Faribault Church of Christ for 11 years. Hardy works at the Minnesota Correctional Facility in Faribault, where he is the literacy teacher. Randy and his wife, Laura, together have eight adult children and four grandchildren.

Randy is a member of the St. Luke’s Church (non-denominational) in Faribault where he serves on the church council and preaches regularly. Everyone is invited to hear him on Sunday.
