The Blooming Prairie volleyball team beat New Richland-HEG (8-12 overall, 3-4 Gopher) 16-25, 25-23, 25-17, 25-16 in New Richland Tuesday.

Taylor Hagen had 20 kills and eight blocks for the Awesome Blossoms (20-6 overall, 4-1 Gopher).

“Once we picked up our communication and started playing an all-around smarter game, we were able to turn the score around,” BP head coach Gina McLauhlin said. “We looked more like ourselves in games three and four.”
