Rebel volleyball team falls to Dover-Eyota

The Southland volleyball team lost to Dover-Eyota (10-6 overall) 25-14, 19-25, 25-13, 25-18 in Dover Tuesday.

Morgan Schmitz had 11 kills and 12 digs for the Rebels (6-16 overall, 1-5 Three Rivers).

“The girls played an awesome game tonight,” Southland head coach Andrea McKichan said. “Although they didn’t come out with a win, they played with a lot of heart and didn’t make anything easy for the bigger, more experienced DE team.”
