Natalie and Nathan McFarland of Austin proudly announce their recent marriage.

Natalie is the daughter of Scott Johnson and Cindy and Larry Powell, and Nathan is the son of Jane and the late George McFarland. Natalie and Nathan wed at 5 p.m. July 21 at the Veterans Pavilion in Austin.

Natalie is a 2008 Austin High School graduate and is attending Riverland Community College for business. She and Nathan work at Kenny’s Oak Grill in Austin. Nathan is a 2003 AHS graduate and 2010 Riverland graduate with a degree in automotive service technology. The couple is expecting a baby in January.

Grandparents are (bride’s) Jerry and Jeannie Kellogg, who formerly owned Jerry’s Other Place and now own AmericInn of Austin, Avis and the late Jim Johnson, (groom’s) Kenny Gilbert, Arlys Risius, George McFarland and Gert Pavlik.
