A change of the season signals time for another used book sale.

The Friends of the Austin Public Library are holding their annual fall used book sale from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, Oct. 11 and 12. A bag sale, $5 per bag, will also be held from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. each day.

The group is accepting donations of gently used books until Oct. 3. The public may drop off used books, DVDs, VHS tapes, CDs, cassettes and audio books. Magazines, textbooks or Reader’s Digest condensed books are not accepted.

All donations are accepted at the Austin Public Library. Memberships will also be available for $10 at the door or any time at the front desk of the Austin Public Library. A members-only presale will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 10.
