Mower County residents will again honor those fallen during the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks on America with a Patriot Day program on Wednesday.

The program will be held at 5 p.m. at the Veterans Memorial in downtown Austin. Veterans Memorial Committee Chair Norm Hecimovich will open the program. Pastor Michael Jones will do the invocation. The Color Guard will also be present, along with many community leaders. Hecimovich will deliver a speech about Patriot Day.
