Richard C. Scheffel, 92 of Lyle, died Saturday, Aug. 17, 2013, at the Field Crest Care Center in Hayfield, Minn.

Service: Funeral services will be held 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 24, 2013, at Deer Creek Valley Lutheran Church with the Rev. Dennis Tamke officiating.

Visitation: Visitation will be at Clasen-Jordan Mortuary from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday and at the church on Saturday for one hour before the service.

Interment: Interment will be in Woodbury Cemetery.
