None injured after gas pump fire

Firefighters put out flames at an Austin Auto Truck Plaza diesel pump Monday morning. No injuries were reported.

No injuries were reported after an Austin Auto Truck Plaza diesel pump caught fire shortly before 11 a.m. Monday.

Austin firefighters put out flames at the Austin gas pump around 11:10 a.m. after receiving a call about the pump smoking, according to Firefighter Engineer Troy Tigner.

Tigner said it is unknown at this time what caused the fire. The side of the pump that caught fire appears to be a complete loss.
